Data protection & GDPR

EasyProLabel is designed to respect the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your label data stays on your device; we do not operate a central database of names, spreadsheets, or print jobs.
What we do not collect
Imported Excel/CSV rows, manual entries, background images, and print previews are processed in your browser. We do not upload your roster to our servers for normal editor use.
Local storage only
The app may store preferences (language, theme), cookie consent, a session work ID, and—if you activate—a license key in your browser storage. These items stay on your device unless you clear site data.
License verification
When you enter a license key, we send the key and an anonymous device identifier to our API solely to validate entitlement and enforce device limits. We do not receive your spreadsheet content.
Cookies
We use essential cookies/storage for admin sessions (admin area only), theme, locale, and your cookie choice. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies on the public site.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, or erasure of personal data we hold about you (e.g. purchase records via our payment provider). Contact support using the email on your receipt.
